Everyone Should Guard Against the Effects of Aging

Aging has many effects on you:  the way you look, the way you feel, and the things you can do.  Spend some time learning about effective anti-aging methods that can help control the aging process.  You don’t have to show all those ugly wrinkles or the sagging neck when you’re still only fifty.

Anti-aging is a collection of various methods that may cheat the natural aging process. Today through regeneration, genetic and tissue engineering, exercise, the right kind of diet, and the best make up, you can actually live longer and look younger than ever. There are ways by which you can live as long as possible and look good in the process.  Eliminate stress and don’t worry about how things are, or how they could turn out.

Without ever having to see a doctor or any professional in the anti-aging field, you can actually promote the slow down or control aging in your body.  The following as specific things you can do for an ageless you!

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Take food supplements like vitamins and hormones
  • Make daily use of face and body creams/lotions, shampoos, and makeup that are compatible with your skin type
To reduce wrinkles:
  • Sleep On Your Back to reduce the formation of wrinkles
  • Eat more fish for omega-3 and protein (keeps skin nourished and healthy)
  • Stop Squinting and other facial repetitions like frowning.  Your mother was right – your face will stay like that over time.
  • Use Alpha-Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) to clean off dead skin, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and perhaps increase collagen.
  • Drink Cocoa.  One study found that cocoa protect the skin from sun damage, aided circulation, hydrated skin cells, which makes the skin smoother.
  • Gently Wash Your Face.  Try a facial cleanser instead of your soap to prevent depleting your natural oils and moisture that prevents wrinkles.
  • Try A Vitamin C topical for UVB and UVA protection.
  • Eat Soy.  One study suggests that soy may protect and reverse some sun damage, and help with your skin’s elasticity.
  • Don’t Smoke.

Aging is a natural process that no one could deny. However, with the combination of medicine and technology we have been able to delay the process of aging. Anti aging creams have been gaining a lot of attention in recent years for its ability to reduce wrinkles and make the skin appear youthful.

The most important thing to remember when looking for anti aging creams is to ensure that the ingredients are 100% natural. This will prevent from adverse side effects which harms the skin.

These are some really good tips. I would recommend not eating sugar or carbohydrates either as these are bad for your skin and cause wrinkles
